WINNER: BEST WRITING WINNER: SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS NARRATIVE

Enormous gratitude to the awesome Women in Horror Film Festival, in Atlanta, Georgia! What an incredible night, as Writer/Director Angela Atwood received the Best Writing Award of the Festival (the category included feature films!) on her birthday, and an entire wonderful audience of film-lovers and film-makers spontaneously sang her Happy Birthday. Soon after, Co-Creators Lara Buck and Atwood accepted the Award for Best Socially Conscious Narrative together. Nominations included Best Performance for Marianne Hardart, in her debut film performance, Best Indie Spirit, and Best Thriller Short.
